If you have been directed here, your Public Access Account is over 24 months old and will be deleted soon.

A lot of our email that are sent out automatically are being returned as spam or ending up in junk folders. Hopefully this will get you the information you need.

What if I donʻt need an access account anymore?

Just ignore this and your account will go inactive. You can always reapply in the future.

Watch for the email that asks you to upload a current ID. If you donʻt get the email, come back to this link to submit your ID. Please donʻt submit your ID until you complete the form
When the account is successfully renewed you should receive a text message that your account is good for another 2 years.

What if my account gets deleted?

Not a big deal, just go to the Kapapala Ranch Website, Forest Reserve Access page and make a new account.
