If you have been directed here your Public Access Account is over 24 months old and will be deleted soon.  

A lot of our email that are sent out automatically are being returned as spam or ending up in junk folders.   Hopefully this will get you the information you need. 

Follow the renewal Process here. 

• Complete the form at this link.   This is to make sure we have your current phone, email and address.

• Watch for the email that asks you to upload a current ID.  If you donʻt get the email, come back to this link to submit your ID.  Please donʻt submit your ID until you complete the form
• When the account is successfully renewed you should receive a text message.
• You are good for another 24 months

Email us and we will get it to you.  Please include your name and registered phone number.

Not a big deal, just go to the Kapapala Ranch Website, Forest Reserve Access page and make a new account.  Please do not make a new account if you have an active account.
